Does not work, for vk it generates the code and when entering the code it writes that the unsure code is correct

My only complaint is what is the point of the space between the numbers when that is not what you right

Does not work at all. All the codes provided is invalid. What is this app for if the codes are not working.

Au début tout fonctionne bien. Tant quon ne touche à rien. Mais il arrive parfois davoir un nouveau téléphone, nest-ce pas? Et là, plus rien ne fonctionne. Les codes ne sont plus reconnus. Pour réparer, recherche google.... temps perdu (beaucoup). Sil y a une solution elle est si bien cachée que jai abandonné. Merci google. ----- All was well in the beginning. As long as nothing changes. But sometimes we gaporn to get a new phone, right? Not so right because now it does not work any more. The codes fail systematically. To try to solve this, googlr search... but its just a lot of wasted time. If a solution exists its so well hidden that Ive given up. Thank you google.

Terrible! I lost my Android smartphone with the Authenticator app and had no way to transfer access codes to my new iPhone. Never going back to this app. I switched to Authy.

Works well for everything besides a Microsoft Office 365 account

I used it to set up a bank account and literally tried to use it the next day and it has not generated one correct code. I lost all my money online because of this app.

I had to get a new iPhone because my old one became defective. Trying to recover my old key codes was impossible. I am in a world of hurt and cant be made whole again using this app. This is terrible! You have got to find a way to make this portable between devices. Maybe consider storing some information in the cloud.

I backed up my phone, got a new one. Restored it. All my Authentication app account info was gone. If there was a negative 1000 star this app would for it.

No issues, working as expected

6 stars if I can get codes on my watch instead of needing to search for my phone. Otherwise its solid and stable, I dont seem to have reset and lost account info like other reviewers here have experienced.

Google, seriously, what are you thinking? If you want people to use this app for more than just the gmail account, just build a back up option. I have been used your app just fine and i changed devices with iCloud back up and restore and it was fine. Now Apple support advised me to do clean restore and I wanted to back up and restore the Authenticator app separately... good luck with that! I had to manually switch all my accounts to LastPass authenticator which does have a built in back up option.

Hey theres a bug when you add a new authentication with a bar code. You get two children but the problem with my purpose is to be able to make sure that you have a good day.

I back up my iPhone to iTunes. Today I tried to restore my backup into a new iPhone, and I discovered that all the tokens are gone in new device. If I erased my old device, I just wont be able to log-in to any site forever. Dont use this app if you dont want to lose your account at some unexpected point.

An application for two-factor authentication must be 100% reliable. This simply isnt because if you change phones, all your access codes are lost. In my case, this locked me out of a 6 digit Coinbase account. Coinbase is so backed up with customer service on this issue it took over two weeks for them to recover my account.
