Is There are new version since I did purchase this application

I’ve never had any issues with this app. Maybe all the complaints are from people who don’t know how to work it? It’s super easy use!

Are you serious?!! This is one of the most important apps and it has no backup ?! After phone restore everything is lost.

Whatever Im trying to authenticate always says these codes at not valid. There is no help in the app to fix this.

If you switch to a new iPhone and sign into iCloud and it restores from a back up it won’t restore all of your previously save security codes. There’s no way to export them and move them over, so you’re pretty much screwed. This is a huge flaw in their app. And there should be some sort of Touch ID authentication when opening the app. What a piece of garbage. Google is slackin.

Love the app but it needs to be password protected a pin code or Touch ID locked on it

Please update the app for iPhone X and also add Touch ID/Face ID

I believe I can say for the first time in a long time that I was treated like they don’t want to helpNor do they want to explain what we are doing and why we are doing it that way I can go forward with that you’re being very hard today and I don’t understand why they just won’t work with me but I’ll understand what we are doing we all don’t work for Google

Havnt had any issues.

I bought a new iPhone and the websites I had on Authenticator are no longer there. After spending a precious hour trying to log in. One of the websites I can’t even log on now because I need Authenticator to do it. This app is literally costing me money. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. What’s the point of a password if you can’t even use it?

Needs support for iPhone X

Old, left-behind, antiquated, and always with the “trademark” crude, bizarre, and inconsistent-across-all-apps “UI/UX”. Embarrassing for a company as large as Google, and with plenty of cash that *could* deliver peerless products. Nope. And they never will. Crappy just like Android (and now Apple’s!) “operating systems.” Thank God Mr. Gates saw the perfect opportunity to offer an entire platform line that JUST WORKS... ?

Google I would really appreciate if you could bring in iPhone X support in your next update! Honestly it doesn’t look that great rn. I am giving 5 stars solely on the value of its functionality!

Accidentally delete app, lost all

Please add Apple Watch app like Authy has, would be a huge added value. Also, when I scan a qr code, sometimes it adds two entries, so code appears twice in my last for that site.

Lost all my crypto currency because of 2fa phone change now I am unable to login to my crypto wallet which cannot be reset need a upgrading to this system like Authy a lot to change

Touch ID will prove to be a better authentication experience for me!

I actually like this app. Having a 2-Step Authenticator is a great way to have your information safe.

please add iPhone X screen size and Touch/Face ID support.
