Needs Touch ID, Passcode support and Apple Watch support. Other was pretty clean app.

It lacks TouchID, cloud backup, syncing your keys across multiple devices, apple watch support, push notifications, and its codes are limited to 6 digits. If you want something that fixes all of these issues, switch to Authy. I did, and Ive never looked back.

Its uncomplicated UI is easy to use on the fly & is highly available. In the ~2 years Ive had it, its crashed only once, which us more than I can say of most 3rd party apps. Best authenticator on the market.

Nowhere on the interface could I find ANYTHING that remotely looked like it would lead to a settings or sync feature. - the menu bar goes missing and the app needs to be restarted before it re appears - adding new entries via bar codes frequently double adds the entries - you can no longer edit entry titles or notes. It would be nice to improve the app by hiding codes by default so you dont flash all your codes by accident while using only a single one. TouchID would be a nice added security layer. Folder organization would also be helpful.

I loved this app, until I got a new phone. Currently, there is no way to transfer the 2fa codes in a block to a new phone. You have to transfer each one individually. What would happen if I lost my phone? I would have been screwed..... please fix this or help me with a work around.

Wrong code is all Im getting. Why? Now I must wait up to 5 business days.

Just discovered that any keys that youve added to this app after September 2013 are NOT backed up AT ALL — even a local encrypted iTunes backup excludes them. This means youre out of luck if you want to migrate to a new iPhone or need to restore from backup for any reason. Google also offers no means for moving all your keys to a new device. Google has clearly stopped caring about this app. Dont bother with it, use Authy instead.

After restoring my phone from backup, I lost all my recovery codes, now I have to spend days to contact different companies and ask them to disable the 2 factor authentication. They could have added a simple iCloud backup functionality

When you are asked to enter the code when logging in on a device, getting the code from the app resets you back to the email entry. If you open the app first and quickly write down the code, you dont have time to enter a long email or password before the code resets. I deleted the app and went back to text message codes instead that appear at the top of the browser. They stay on the screen long enough to remember and enter without resetting the logging in.

This app is absolut crap it says to go to your settings but there isnt even one like make an app that actually works please

今回のアップデートダメだ！ 前バージョンからアップデートしたらとても大事なデータ消された！ グーグルみたいな会社ではこれあり⁈ Updating to this from previous version deleted all my security keys!! Update with extreme caution or better still not at all. What kind of idiot have this the green light for release?

2.0.0.2042にアップデートしたところ、OTPの設定が引き継がれずに全て消えてしまいました。このアプリに設定していたOTPが利用できなくなるため、各種サービスにアクセスできなくなる恐れがあります。 All the OTP authentication settings got deleted after updating from version 1.0. I recommend you not to install this version unless you are new to this app.

Why the heck did you wipe the existing settings?????

The app do as it said, Perfect.

前のiPhone5が液晶剥離したため、iCloudバックアップを取って、機種交換しました。 新しいiPhone5でiCloudバックアップからリストアすると、Authenticatorに登録した情報が空になってしまいました。バックアップはどこへ？ 復旧する手段をいくら探しても見つからないため、１つ１つ登録し直してます。

This authentication system does not work. I am locked out from all of my google apps and cant prepare for my job as a result. Only wasting my time trying to make it work. So much for privacy when even the rightful owner cannot get access to his/ her own account. Thanks google. You can do better than this. :(

Google、Dropbox、Evernote、Facebookで使えます。１つのアプリで有名どころ全部をそれぞれ出せるのはいい。頑丈になって安心です。後はiPhoneをしっかりバックアップしておく事かな。アップデートすると消えるという意見が多くてちょっと心配だけど、みんな2013年の投稿だから大丈夫じゃないかな。

Hey, Guys when can you update it!?, a lot of people can not use this app because its not updating constantly. If you can not update I highly suggest to take it out from Apple Store and only use phone call or SMS to cell phones, but it some one travel to another country and for some reason forget phone or need to change phone number. Will be a problem. How about you guys change this cod to Touch ID ??? Please do something to innovate!!!
