Doesnt work after updating to new iPhone

It worked fine until I upgraded to a new iPhone. Now its asking weird questions that I dont know how to answer.

I deleted the app to download it again -same weird questions.

Rule #1: dont make your customers feel stupid. They ignored that rule.

Now Im off to find a replacement.
